BioI, Fred Weasley, of sound body and (rather un)sound mind, bring you bad news. My twin, my soulmate, the love of my life (and if you seriously believe that, you’re loony) is no longer with us. He’s decided to go and live with the Merfolk. That’s why he doesn’t have one of these here journal things. Actually, his is just having some issues that we’re trying to sort out. Cost me half of my left eyebrow as well. I’m considering keeping it that way. It’s rather distinctive. George got rid of his too, so once again we match. It was the only two minutes of our lives we weren’t identical Even the boils from that bad batch of Puking Pastilles were in the same places too. Odd.
And word has reached my ears that some Slythergits got a hold of these, when we meant for just other Gryffindors and our friends to have them when we were making them. To said Slythergits, you better keep a tight hand on them, because we’re coming to get you.Actually, I think I was the one who sent off that particular box, but am I going to admit that? No way. I’ll blame Ron instead. He’s handy like that.
Anything else you need to know about me, you’ll learn through heresay, and every single word of it is true. And feel free to make stuff up as well, though if you ever need to do that, it means George and I are having a bad one. BUT the cute little redhead in fourth year, otherwise known as the Ginny Monster, is OFF LIMITS to ANY male over the age of eight. GOT IT? If you dare to defy this edict, then you’ll get a Gred and Forge-style makeover that will make any damage we dollop out during Quidditch matches look like butterfly kisses.The cute but not so little Angelina Johnson in seventh year is also off-limits (well, some of the time), but she’s quite capable of looking after herself.
Oh, and one more thing: You’d better be nice to George and I and people we care about, as other than the professors and the Bloody Baron, we’re the only ones who exude any sort of influence over Peeves. Which can be used for or against you…
